CREW FILES DOJ COMPLAINT AGAINST REP. DAVID SCOTT FOR POSSIBLE VIOLATION OF TAX LAW AND MISUSE OF CONGRESSIONAL STAFF

20 Sep 2007 // Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) filed a complaint with the Department of Justice asking for an investigation into whether Rep. David Scott (D-GA) violated federal tax law and laws prohibiting the use of official resources for campaign activities.
